Client Responsibilities:

• Completion of client contract and design questionnaire

• Inspiration Images via Pinterest or over email

• Accurate room measurements
• Ceiling height
• Clear photographs of the space
• Multiple angles preferred

 

For Kitchens, Bathrooms & Laundry Rooms:

• Layout guidance may be provided upon request and is developed within the existing structure of the space. This service supports conceptual remodel planning only. Walls are not moved, added, or removed.

• All layout recommendations are conceptual. These spaces involve technical systems such as plumbing, electrical, and ventilation that must be reviewed and approved by a licensed contractor. Any custom-built elements shown are for visual inspiration only. Final construction drawings must be completed by a qualified professional.

• Floor plans are provided when a remodel is being considered. Because layouts must work within the existing structure, the number of layout options may vary depending on what is realistically possible.

 

Process:

All services begin with an optional complimentary 15-minute discovery call. This call allows you to ask questions, gain clarity on the process, and ensure the selected package is the best fit for your space. No design or styling advice is provided during this call.

Once booked, or if you choose to skip the discovery call, you’ll receive a comprehensive questionnaire, a client agreement and payment details. After you can provide me with inspiration Images via email or through a shared Pinterest board. Using your submitted measurements, photographs, and preferences, two fully developed design concepts will be created. During your Design Presentation Call, we’ll review the concepts together and refine your preferred direction. One final polished design will then be delivered via email as part of your completed design package.

• Custom-built elements may be suggested where appropriate. These are shown for design inspiration only. Construction drawings and technical plans are not included. All building work must be completed by a qualified contractor.

• Refunds are not available once the design process has begun, and services begin the day payment is received.
