Client Responsibilities:

• Completion of client contract and design questionnaire

• Accurate room measurements


• Ceiling height


• Existing furniture dimensions (if applicable)


• Clear photographs of the space

 

For Kitchens, Bathrooms & Laundry Rooms:

• All selections, layouts, and visuals are only intended to provide design inspiration. 

• Layout guidance may be provided upon request and is developed within your existing space. Whether you are         planning a remodel or exploring layout ideas, this service helps you visualize possibilities and create a cohesive         design direction. Walls are not moved, added, or removed.

 

Process:

All services begin with an optional complimentary 15-minute discovery call. This call allows you to ask questions, gain clarity on the process, and ensure the selected service is the best fit for your needs. No design or styling advice is provided during this call. If you choose to move forward, or prefer to skip the discovery call, you’ll receive a design questionnaire, a client agreement and payment details. Once completed, your custom floor plan will be developed based on the information provided. Because this service focuses on identifying the most functional layout solution, revisions are not included.

• No product sourcing or selections included

• No design presentation call

• Designer does not perform structural modifications

• Custom-built elements may be recommended where appropriate. These recommendations are conceptual and provided for visual inspiration only. Construction drawings and technical documentation are not provided. Execution must be completed by a qualified contractor.

• Refunds are not available once the design process has begun, and services begin the day payment is received.
